Dosirak Catering

Dosirak serves Korean Bibimbap on the buffet line. Using both traditional Korean recipes passed on from generations and modern technology (Sous Vide) to consistently create quality meals without MSG, refined sugar or additives. Every ingredient is prepared in house, from the curing of our signature Salmon, to fermenting of our Kimchi and even Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste), which contains pressed apple and pear juices and apple cider vinegar.

All in all, we believe that everything in life is about balance and Dosirak contains whole-grains, lots of veggies and a good serving of protein (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and a little bit of natural sugar and spice from our sauce.
