Combining their individual culinary skills and passion for cooking, the brothers have married Asian methods with Western techniques and herbs to offer a unique take on traditional Chinese dishes, such as Char Siew, roast pork and roast duck and came up with a winning formula that prompted the opening of their first restaurant – CHAR.
